We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions or they will be remade.

Frames Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your frames within four weeks of purchase, we can refund 50% of the frame cost which will be applied for a restocking fee. 

Exchange Policy

You can get a one time exchange on Frames and/or Sunglasses within 30 days of purchase.  Please note that Prescription Lenses are NOT refundable.  However, if new prescription needs to be made on a frame exchange, we will credit 50% of the original lens price towards the cost of the new lenses.

Prescription Lens Return and Exchange Policy

All prescription lenses are considered special orders, and are therefore non-refundable. However, we understand there may be times you want to change the frame even though the prescription lenses are perfect. If, within 30 days of receipt of product, you wish to exchange a frame that we have made prescription lenses for you will be charged or credited the difference of the new frame cost. A lens credit of 50% of the original lens cost will be applied to the cost of any new lenses ordered. 

Second Pair Policy

You will receive a 20% discount on the purchase of a second complete set of eyeglasses (frames and lenses).  This offer is available within 30 days of the original order.  The highest priced pair of eyewear will be considered the "original" order.  This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions or insurance benefits. 

Scratch Coating Warranty

If your scratched-coated lenses become scratched from normal use within one year of the original purchase, they may be replaced one time at no charge.  Replacement lenses must be the same prescription in the same frame.  Abuse of the lens is not covered.  Uncoated lenses have no scratch warranty.

Anti-Reflective Coating Warranty

Anti-reflective lenses will be remade one time due to product failure from normal use within one year of the original purchase date.  Lenses may also be remade within one year of purchase without the anti-reflective coating, if you desire.

Rimless Frames

There is no warranty on standard plastic, mid-index, high index or glass rimless orders.

Using Your Old Frames

All processing done using your own lenses and frames will be done at your own risk.  Generally, frames older than 2 years old should not be used.

Progressive Lenses

If you are unable to adapt to a progressive lens, bring it back within 30 days of delivery.  We will replace it one time with a lined bifocal or single vision lens in the same frame at no charge. 

Cleanings and Adjustments

We will clean and adjust your eyeglasses at no charge for as long as you own them.

Cancelled Orders

If orders are not yet in process, they may be cancelled at no charge.  If processing has already begun, you will be refunded 50% of the original purchase price.
